This website explains ReceiptGuard Ops implementation services and lets you request an initial fit assessment. Paid work requires a separate written agreement.
Information on this site
ReceiptGuard Ops is a working commercial name for the independent implementation services described here. Website information is general and does not constitute a binding quote, a promise of availability or a contract for implementation.
The services focus on purchasing records, exception workflows and scoped e-commerce operations integrations. They do not include financial audit, regulated accounting or legal advice, physical inventory certification, or authorization of supplier payments.
Initial fit assessment
The free initial fit assessment is a limited commercial review of the information you provide. It may involve written follow-up questions and a decision about whether to prepare a scoped proposal. It does not include free implementation, live reconciliation work or a guaranteed proposal.
Submitting a form does not reserve implementation capacity, agree a price, start paid work or create a support obligation. Response and delivery times are agreed when appropriate; no fixed response time is promised on this website.
Scope, access and paid work
Any implementation requires a separate written scope covering the parties, deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria, payment and relevant responsibilities. Work begins only after the necessary agreement and agreed advance payment. The people entering an agreement must have the authority and eligibility to do so.
Only provide records you are authorized to share. Do not submit sensitive documents, customer data, credentials or passwords through the initial form. Any later access must be expressly authorized and limited to what the agreed work needs.
Platform compatibility and integration feasibility are assessed for each proposed scope. References to Shopify, WooCommerce or other systems do not guarantee that a particular connection is available or suitable for your operation.
Synthetic demonstration
The sample workflow uses fictional companies and synthetic records. It demonstrates selected line-level comparisons, not a complete production reconciliation system. It excludes tax, freight, discounts, source authenticity, duplicate detection and other rules that may matter in a real implementation.
A discrepancy is a reason for human review. It is not proof of an overcharge, missing physical stock, supplier fault or recoverable money. We do not guarantee savings, refunds or a particular commercial outcome.
ReceiptGuard software
ReceiptGuard is separate software developed for Shopify. It is described as coming soon and remains subject to Shopify review and approval. This site does not offer an installation link or represent that Shopify has approved, endorsed or partnered with ReceiptGuard Ops.
Responsible use and availability
Use this website and its form for legitimate enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security checks, submit malicious content or use the form for bulk messages. Availability can be affected by maintenance, service limits or technical failures.
Keep a copy of important information you send. An enquiry is confirmed only when the site displays a saved reference after successful server processing. If an error is shown, the site has not confirmed successful storage.
Privacy and external links
See the privacy notice for enquiry information, hosting, retention and privacy requests. External services have their own terms and privacy practices. Their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Changes and questions
