Privacy notice

Who receives your information

Enquiries are received and reviewed by the operator of ReceiptGuard Ops, the working commercial name used for the implementation services described on this website. This notice does not represent that ReceiptGuard Ops is a registered company or a regulated professional practice.

What we collect

The assessment form collects your name, work email, company or trading name, commerce platform, general description of the problem, your consent and an optional store website. A submission identifier and reference help record the request and prevent duplicate submissions.

Do not include financial documents, customer information, passwords, API keys, login codes or other credentials. The initial form does not accept attachments. Necessary sample records or system access would be arranged separately through an agreed secure channel.

Why we use it

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages. We do not sell enquiry information or publish it on this website.

Hosting, storage and spam protection

The website uses Cloudflare hosting. Submitted enquiries are stored privately in Cloudflare D1 for the operator to review through restricted administrative access. There is no public enquiry directory or public endpoint for reading submissions.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help prevent automated spam. Cloudflare processes technical browser and network signals as part of delivering hosting and security services. Limited network information may also be processed for rate limiting and abuse prevention. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of information.

No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are installed by this website. The interactive sample workflow runs in your browser using synthetic data; edits to that demo are not submitted as an enquiry.

Retention and deletion

Our standard retention period for inactive enquiries is 90 days. Older inactive records are removed as new enquiries are processed, with a manual review at least monthly to handle periods of inactivity or any backlog. Deletion may therefore occur after the 90-day point. An active proposal, agreed work or a necessary record-keeping reason may require longer retention. The operator can delete an enquiry through private administration. Records related to agreed implementation work are addressed separately in the relevant agreement.

Your privacy requests

You can ask about the information held for your enquiry or request correction or deletion through the assessment form. Select “Other” as the platform and identify the email address or reference used for your earlier request. Do not include identity documents or sensitive records. The operator may need to verify that a request relates to your information before acting on it.

The rights and obligations that apply can depend on your location and the circumstances. This notice does not claim a particular certification or legal compliance status.

Security and future changes

Access is restricted and the site uses HTTPS and server-side submission checks. No online system can promise absolute security. If the service, contact channels or data practices change, this notice will be updated with the relevant information and a revised date.
